    DECLARATION

My name is Chike Ukaegbu and I am running for President of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. I have spent the last decade of my life, empowering untapped and disconnected communities through Technology, Education and Entrepreneurship. I know what it means to be Nigerian – brilliant, resilient, resourceful. These three qualities among others, have been the most consistent ones I have encountered with every Nigerian that I have known or met. However, being a Nigerian at home often means fewer opportunities to succeed and an overwhelming lack of access. I have had the privilege of great opportunities and unimaginable access in my life, and I believe every Nigerian deserves that.

CHANGE LEADER. EDUCATOR. ENTREPRENEUR. ENGINEER. INVESTOR.  ADVOCATE.

Facilitating an innovation driven Nigeria, powered by proud citizens with equal access to love, peace, happiness, security and lasting prosperity. On a mission to feed our people, engage proactively in investing their well-being, ideas and future, and solidifying a framework for short, medium, and long term economic development.

FEED OUR PEOPLE

First, we will Feed Our People. We believe that many of our problems, including most corrupt practices stem from people trying to make ends meet, you know, survive. Feeding the people does two things. It starts to restore Nigerians’ hope and trust in their government to provide and protect them, and it gives us an opportunity to collect useful data relevant for improving quality of life.

INVEST IN OUR WELL- BEING

Second, we will Invest in the Well-Being of Nigerians. This is where investments in infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, power and more happens. We have very intricate plans and projects to execute on these. Investing in the well-being of the people is crucial to facilitating economic growth and healing the land.

INVEST IN OUR IDEAS

Third, we will Invest in the Ideas of our people.  This is simply investing in entrepreneurship and commerce; in divesting from an oil-driven economy into a more diversified economy supported by manufacturing and exports. This will involve restructuring our school’s curriculum to pair entrepreneurial and STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts & Mathematics) education in measuring critical educational outcomes. It equips our people to be creative, prepared for the workforce, as well as have the capacity to create entrepreneurial opportunities. This will minimize unemployment while amplifying industry and innovation. Our singular goal is to aggressively support small business entrepreneurship and tech entrepreneurship.

INVEST IN OUR FUTURE

Fourth, we will invest in our Future. This will support revolutionary and technological advancements that launch us and Africa into a more competitive future. An innovative edge in Artificial Intelligence, the Internet of Things, Big Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Space travel, Nuclear energy and forward thinking innovations by Nigerians for Nigeria, for Africa and for the world. For the fourth, We will seek to partner with other African nations in building out sovereign private equity and venture capital funds that will support African innovations.
